Chef Hervé Lussault
Since mid-July 2018, Hervé Lussault has been in charge of the kitchen at “Le 36”, the Choiseul’s restaurant, after having worked for twenty years at “Charles Barrier” in Tours and having acquired his letters of nobility there. He signs a classic gastronomic cuisine with a touch of exoticism. “The most important thing is that the customers feel all the love put into my cuisine”.
